Supporting future engineers through Academic Internship Opportunities

We are always open to offering learning opportunities to young students, helping them develop the skills and experience needed for their chosen careers. These opportunities prepare them for future roles in the industry, which is why we are committed to supporting mandatory university Academic Internship programs for students eager to learn and grow.

We were pleased to once again participate in the Internship & Job Fair, organised by the Faculty of Automation, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, where we presented our Academic Internship opportunities within our Electrical Department and Automation Department, connecting with students interested in gaining practical industry experience.

This year, our colleagues Cosmin Muntenița, Automation Department Manager, and Radu Oanea, Electrical Department Manager, joined the event to present the mandatory Academic Internship program and discuss the opportunities available within our company with students. During the fair, they were happy to answer students’ questions about both the academic internship and paid internship programs, sharing useful information and practical advice about what it is like to learn and grow within DMT Marine Equipment.

Cosmin and Radu also explained how the practical learning experience will take place, what students can expect during the internship period, and the steps that follow after candidates apply and are selected for the program.

To support this initiative, we have created a dedicated section on our careers page where students can apply by completing a Google Forms application dedicated to each department. Based on the submitted information, eligible candidates will be selected for the internship program.
