Here is what you should do in your new role:

• Plan and monitor production projects for naval equipment
• Coordinate activities between design, production, and procurement teams
• Organize the production flow across workshops: welded constructions → mechanical processing → assembly
• Work closely with management to optimize workflows and solve challenges effectively

To achieve your mission some key elements will be very helpful:

• Relevant experience in production planning (preferably in welded constructions or shipbuilding)
• Strong knowledge of planning tools (Excel, Senior APT Software, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
