Junior Sales & Proposal Engineer

Responsabilities:
  • Evaluating bid requirements together with the other departments and preparing proposals and offers adjusted to customers’ expectations;
  • Ensure that customer requirements are translated into a workable, well-balanced and optimized design and/or support solution.
  • Constantly updating the internal ERP software according to the DMT internal procedures;
  • Scheduling and holding commercial and/or technical meetings, following up on deadlines and collecting information from all the departments involved in the bidding process;
  • Communicating directly with new and existing subcontractors, and suppliers, for specific bids or requirements;
  • Maintaining direct contact with the project management team, being actively involved in the financial result of the project;
  • Verification of pre-contractual compliance before signing a new contract.

Front Office Assistant

Responsabilities:
  • Taking the phone calls and managing the switchboard in a prompt and professional manner;
  • Administration of company correspondence and its distribution to relevant departments;
  • Arranging tickets and reservations for plane/hotel/restaurant;
  • Follow-up and management of documents related to the car fleet (insurance, ITP, claim files, etc.);
  • Purchase of necessary supplies (water, coffee, juice, stationary);

Mechanical Engineer – Class Society Liaison

Responsabilities:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Class Societies and communicating with them as necessary;
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with Class Societies for specific equipment;
  • Issuing invitations to inspectors for activities such as material identification, welding presentations, testing witnessing, and other relevant processes;.
  • Ensuring that the equipment meets the standards and requirements set by the Class Society;
  • Obtaining the necessary approvals and documentation from Class Societies in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining records and documentation of all approvals and certifications, and ensuring that these records are kept up-to-date;
  • Collecting from the organization and preparing all the necessary quality documentation, related to the design and manufacturing process, to support the approval of the company’s products by Class Societies;
  • Providing guidance and support to the company’s engineering and production teams on Class Society requirements and standards;
  • Ensuring that the company is up to date with changes in Class Society regulations and requirements;
  • Attending meetings with Class Societies as necessary.
